For those who are interested this page shows some of the technologies we use on a daily basis, we’re proud to keep up-to-date with developments in our industry and where appropriate make use of them.
When programming websites we use the following languages:
- PHP5, often with a framework like Codeigniter, CakePHP, Zend Framework etc
- Ruby on Rails
Our website hosting is provided by RackspaceCloud, we’ve used Rackspace many times in the past and found their support to be outstanding, using a cloud environment gives us the flexibility to scale when/if we need to.
When a website requires a content management system, we explore their needs and generally choose from ExpressionEngine or WordPress unless there is a compelling reason to choose another.
